The CPA is not tied to any particular trade, therefore our Protection Schemes can apply to a wide range of home improvements.
Protection is only offered by CPA members - those companies that have satisfied us that they are thoroughly professional in their chosen industry.

Deposit Indemnity
Your deposit of up to 25% of the net contract price can be protected for a period of up to 10 weeks.
Insurance Backed Guarantees
A CPA Consumer Guard Insurance Backed Guarantee will enable you to claim for the repair of product defects that may subsequently arise. Depending on the nature of the work undertaken this guarantee is available for a period of up to 10 years. Supported by a DTI Authorised Insurer.
